Dear Friends,
Here is a compendium of emails that I have received from Ricardo Figuera. I hope that soon Pablo would make a try at sending us some news for you to enjoy, Fr. Bernard would be most proud of him. No luck with Isaias Farcheg´s lines, which were expected for this issue. Maybe he is preparing a long story. Cheer up!, he keeps a long FW list with the events here in Venezuela.

nice talking to you the other day. Re photos attached in file 1e5, circular 140. #1 is Christopher Webster (a day boy) , #2 Fr. Gregory, # 3 Brian Bishop ( I think from B.G.) and # 4 myself. It must have been in Form IV (1957) or Form V (1958).

Enclosed picture is not Class 1958, but Class 1961 in 1955 or 1956 maybe. As Csaba says, my brother Pablo is number 21 but 27 is not Michael Herrera but Roberto Savorgnan. Number 16 is Lawrence Scott.

Your best bet would be to send the picture to Pablo Figuera or Christian Goddard . They should be able to identify all the ones present.

Dear Ladislao,
I'll surely check the list of class 1958 and help you with the missing data. Do you by any chance have information on a Mount boy called Lawrence Scott? When in 1958 I was in Form V he must have been in Form III. I don't know if later he graduated at Mount or elsewhere, for we never had any contact after I left Mount in December 58. I'll appreciate your help in this matter.

An oldie: July 27, 1982

When you telephoned some six months ago, I understood you would be in Toronto on or about the time of your making a trip to Trinidad. If that were the thought I might have had a telephone call or perhaps even a visit. I understood you have a large family in Toronto that would quite easily have occupied your very limited time.
Last September I remarried. My wife Sandi and I went to Trinidad to visit with the family and fete during Carnival 1982. Sandi, who is a Canadian, was overwhelmed. She wanted to stay on, but that not being possible is anxious to return. I did not have a chance to visits the Abbey School. I was told that Phillip Nassief was in Trinidad the week before I arrived. Evidently, the political situation in Dominica is such that Philip has large business interests in Barbados where he spends a great deal of time.
Scipio Soodeen I believe has taken up residence in Barbados where his family also now resides.
Recently, I was in Clearwater, Florida helping a friend make ready for rental two condominium apartments. I realized I wasn’t too far from the Ferguson’s in Lakeland, but the repairs to the apartment took longer than anticipated.
I appreciate the time and effort you are taking to keep the clan in touch through OASIS and know the costs to you of stationery and postage. Please find enclosed my cheque for USD 10.50 as per your request.

Well those are the latest from Ricardo Figuera and Andres Freytez. Hope others would help also, with the Circular. Why no PHOTOS of the 1965+ classes???, everybody must have lost them in the various hurricane seasons due to flooding!
